Falcon Industrial Testing Laboratory Pvt Ltd was established with a vision to provide world-class testing services that ensure the safety, quality, and reliability of infrastructure across India. Over the past 16+ years, we have grown from a small testing facility into one of South India's leading NABL accredited laboratories.

Located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, our state-of-the-art laboratory is equipped with the latest testing equipment and staffed by a team of over 50 qualified engineers and technicians. We serve clients across 15+ states, providing comprehensive testing solutions for construction materials, geotechnical investigation, pile foundation testing, environmental monitoring, and metallurgical analysis.

Falcon Lab Timeline

From a small Building Materials & Soil Testing Laboratory in 2009 to a multidisciplinary NABL-accredited testing and consultancy organization serving infrastructure, industrial, environmental, and food sectors across India.

2009

Laboratory Founded

Falcon Laboratory established as a Building Materials & Soil Testing Laboratory. Started with building materials testing, safety training, and consultancy.

2010

Formal Incorporation

Falcon Industrial Testing Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. incorporated on 19 November 2010. Expanded into comprehensive Building Materials Testing services.

2011

Service Expansion

Added Geotechnical Soil Investigation and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services.

2012

Steel Testing Added

Broadened testing capabilities with the addition of Steel Testing services.

2015

NABL Accreditation

Achieved NABL Accreditation, marking a major milestone in quality and technical competence. Expanded infrastructure and construction testing capabilities.

2016

Restructuring & Relocation

Management restructuring and relocation to Kelambakkam. Strengthened laboratory capabilities and expanded the NABL scope.

2020

COVID Resilience

Successfully navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic while continuing laboratory operations and client support.

2024

Rebranding & Expansion

Opened a new state-of-the-art facility at Pudupakkam, Kelambakkam. Rebranded with a modern identity and expanded into Civil, Geotechnical, Environmental, and Food Testing.

2025

NABL Scope Growth

Expanded NABL scope to include Environmental, Water, Air, Wastewater, and Food Testing. Launched the Environmental Consultancy Division and secured empanelment with the Airports Authority of India (AAI) for third-party material testing.

2026

Consultancy Services

Continuing expansion into specialized consultancy services, including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Pile testing, Geotechnical Consultancy, Structural Audits, Industrial Hygiene, QA/QC, Surveying & Geomatics, and advanced laboratory testing.

Managing Director

With over 20 years of experience in the testing, inspection, and consultancy industry, Mr. Jeyalal founded Falcon Industrial Testing Laboratory with a vision to deliver world-class testing services that uphold the highest standards of quality, integrity, and technical excellence. Under his leadership, Falcon Lab has grown into a trusted multidisciplinary NABL-accredited laboratory serving infrastructure, industrial, environmental, and government sectors across India.

Mrs. Meeha S

Director – Administration & Finance

Mrs. Meeha oversees the administration, finance, and corporate governance functions of Falcon Lab. She plays a vital role in ensuring efficient financial management, regulatory compliance, resource planning, and administrative excellence, providing a strong operational foundation that supports the company's sustainable growth.

Technical Manager

A qualified Civil and Geotechnical Engineer with expertise in materials testing, site investigations, and quality assurance. He oversees technical operations, ensuring that testing activities are carried out in accordance with national and international standards while maintaining the highest levels of technical accuracy and reliability.

Mr. Dhamodharan J

General Manager & Quality Manager

Responsible for overseeing Falcon Lab's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL requirements. He manages the Chemical and Microbiology Laboratories while leading operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement across the organization.

Mrs. Selvi

Client Relationship Manager

Mrs. Selvi is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by ensuring responsive communication, timely project coordination, and exceptional customer service. She serves as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction throughout every stage of the testing process.

Mr. Muthukumar P

Business Development & Sales Manager

Mr. Muthukumar leads business development and sales initiatives, identifying new market opportunities and building strategic partnerships across industries. He is responsible for expanding Falcon Lab's customer base, managing key accounts, preparing proposals, and driving sustainable revenue growth through customer-focused solutions.

Mrs. Shalini

Operations Manager

Mrs. Shalini oversees the day-to-day operational activities of Falcon Lab, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, efficient resource utilization, and effective staff management. She is responsible for optimizing workflows, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring timely delivery of quality services.
